About your new role:
As our clients asset base continues to grow, they have the opportunity to add an Asset Operations Engineer to the team to continue to meet their ongoing asset management commitments. This is a permanent, full time position.
In this role you will provide support across a range of assets to ensure they are safe and reliable. The role suits an engineer that enjoys solving problems, working with customers and contribute to continuous improvement across the full asset lifecycle.
* Help review projects, support asset commissioning, and assist with documentation.
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and resolve technical issues.
* Contribute to planning, budgeting, and improving processes.
* Work closely with customers and teams, attending meetings and preparing reports.
* Keep accurate records and support compliance requirements.
* Champion safety, teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.
About you:
* Engineering degree or similar qualification.
* Minimum 1–3 years' experience in the energy industry
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for safety, quality, and improving processes.
* Experience with energy regulations, asset management, and transmission works is advantageous
* Current driver's licence and flexibility to travel across Australia.
