About the Role
As a BDM in Property Management, your focus will be on growing our rental portfolio through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and expert knowledge of the local rental market.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new property management business through prospecting and networking
* Convert landlord inquiries into signed management agreements
* Deliver compelling listing presentations and tailored marketing strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and referral partners
* Stay current on rental trends and market conditions
* Represent LJ Hooker Sunbury professionally at all times
What You'll Bring
* Proven success in real estate or business development (property management experience highly regarded)

* A current driver's licence and vehicle
