**The Opportunity**:
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is recruiting for a Parliamentary Service Level 4 ICT Support Officer within Digital Customer Services Branch.
The ICT Service Delivery section is a customer-facing support team that provides ICT equipment and solutions to parliamentarians, their staff, the four parliamentary departments and for Commonwealth Parliamentary Offices (CPOs).
**Who we are looking for**:
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking a highly organised and skilled IT professional who has proven experience in ICT asset refreshes and ICT Desktop support roles. Applicants will need to be self-motivated, possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and have a keen attention to detail.
The nature of the Parliamentary environment means that there is also a requirement to be flexible and responsive, as workloads can be high and fluctuate without warning. The position will therefore suit applicants who are proactive, professional and can maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
**Job Specific Requirements**:
- The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (Confidential/Highly Protected/Secret) security clearance.

Under limited/general direction undertake duties in accordance with the agreed standards for the Parliamentary Service Level 4 classification. The duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Supporting ICT hardware at Australian Parliament House (APH), Electorate Offices (EO), and CPO, including asset refresh activities
2. Provide ICT support to Senators, Members and their staff and other parliamentary clients
3. Managing adds, moves, and changes (MACs) of ICT hardware for parliamentarians' APH offices
4. Supporting the ICT onboarding office setup for new parliamentarians at EO and APH
5. Supporting the ICT offboarding and office reset for departing parliamentarians at EO and APH
6. Supporting special projects, including ICT coordination for the Leader of the Opposition and team during budget nights and federal election campaigns
7. Ensuring ICT services are delivered in accordance with obligations and agreed service levels
8. Assist the DPS store during peak periods, including logistics and asset tagging.

**Salary**:
Currently, the salary range for this position is $77,719 - $84,450 per annum.
