About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide clerical reception support and high quality customer service for the drug and alcohol centre, supporting the manager, staff, clients and visitors. The Administration Officer reports to the Manager of the Calvary Riverina Drug and Alcohol Centre and is responsible to the Manager for ensuring the reception functions efficiently and effectively to support the service.
this is a Permanent Part Time position working Thursday and Friday each week. This position will also provide leave relief for other administration officers when they are on leave.
**Your main duties will include**:
Maintain a professional persona and appearance promoting quality customer service
Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients
Maintain and manage accurate client financial and statistical data systems
Work collaboratively with CRDAC and hospital staff and external service providers
About you
Demonstrated high quality customer service and clerical skills
Demonstrated computer literacy with accurate and proficient keyboard skills.
High level competency in IT Microsoft word and outlook
Experience using a computerised accounting system
Ability to plan and prioritise day to day work activities maintaining attention to detail.
