The Role
We're looking for someone who can pick up the phone and get real estate agents who need what we offer.
Your job is simple (not easy):
Cold call targeted leads → spark interest → qualify intent → book 45-minute demo calls with our Advisors.
What You'll Do
* Make ~150 outbound calls per day to real estate agents
* Book 5 appointments per day
* Follow proven scripts (with room to adapt and improve)
* Qualify interest and book demos with decision-makers
* Follow up with warm leads and re-engage prospects
* Work directly with our closing team to sharpen messaging and conversions
This is not a "show up and dial" job. You're expected to think, adapt, and take ownership of your results.
The Truth About This Role
It's hard.
Our top setters are booking 3–5 qualified demos per week, earning $5K–$7K+ USD months, and getting fast-tracked into closing roles.

The agents you'll call have handled thousands of rejection calls.Our closers have run hundreds of demos.You're starting at zero.
The only way to close that gap is through volume. 150 calls a day isn't punishment, it's catch-up. You need to outwork your inexperience. It's hard. It will test you.

What You'll GainCompensation (USD)
* $1,350 USD/month base retainer
* 5–6% commission on closed deals you source (uncapped)
Non-Negotiable
* Making at least 150 calls per day
* Booking at least 5 qualified appointments per day
* A qualified appointment is with a Real Estate Agent that has closed 10 deals or more in the last 12 months, they've had 10% growth in their market area
* Need call recordings from previous sets
* Must be able to work with PST business hours
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
