As a key member of our educational community, you will play a crucial role in driving evidence-based approaches to enhance student engagement and academic outcomes.
About the Role
* Lead teaching and learning across the school, working closely with the Principal and staff to implement effective pedagogy and consistent data-informed teaching practices.
* Foster a professional learning culture that is reflective, faith-filled and future-focused, promoting excellence in classroom practice and instructional design.
* Nurture the spiritual and educational development of students and staff alike, supporting their growth and well-being.
Requirements
* Extensive experience leading teaching and learning initiatives, with expertise in curriculum design and implementation.
* In-depth knowledge of Australian education frameworks and standards, including the Australian Curriculum.
* Full registration with the relevant teaching authority and postgraduate study in Religious Education or Theology.
