Your new company
Your new company is a builder-developer who focusses on healthcare construction. They are looking after a 3-storey mixed-use commercial project on the north-side of Brisbane, due to kick off in a few weeks. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Your new role
Your new role will include but is not limited to:
* Monitoring on-site safety protocols and procedures
* Regularly communicating and coordinating with stakeholders
* Providing guidance and support to site staff throughout all stages of construction
* Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
* Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
* Managing conflicts or disputes that arise between team members or external parties
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed:
* Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional planning, organisational, and leadership abilities
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the building & construction industry
* Valid driver's license and Construction white card
* QBCC supervisor's license
