The NSWS team is responsible for all non‐standard services and farmland compliance and billing functions and providing a high level of service and specialist advice to our customers.
No NSWS/Farmlands experience is necessary, as you will receive all the required training and support on the technical knowledge!

What you can expect with this role
* The opportunity to work in a diverse team with a variety of challenging work activities and providing support to the Non‐Standard Water Service programme.
* Manage customer communications during change of ownership processes and handling customer interactions and administrative steps.
* Provide advice to internal and external customers, regarding the provision of non‐standard services.
* Ensure all customer inquiries and NSWS processes are in accordance with legislation and Water Corporation policy, standards, and guidelines.
* Participate in initiatives that optimise the internal processes and improve our level of service and customer experience.
* Support the delivery of NSWS and Farmlands process improvements and governing documentation.
Your skills and experience
* Demonstrated experience in customer engagement, communication, and administrative processes.
* Confidence using software systems (CRMs, databases, email platforms).
* Demonstrated knowledge and skills to in record keeping and administrative processing to ensure data integrity and billing accuracy.
* Capability in conducting basic technical investigations (e.g. process issues, system errors, customer inquiries) and following through with appropriate resolutions.
* A logical, curious mindset and willingness to investigate root causes with relevant experience participating in process improvements.
* The ability to analyse, comprehend and interpret complex data.
