**Who are we looking for?**:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to provide a high standard of financial and administrative support within the Finance team and to both internal and external clients of AnglicareSA. You will be an exceptional communicator who loves working with numbers.
As an admin guru, you will be skilled in navigating computer systems and provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and resident representatives.
**What can you expect to be doing?**:
- Provide a high standard of financial and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure creditor invoices and petty cash are reconciled and processed
- Provide support in other administrative tasks as required
**What do you need to bring?**:
- Experience in Accounts payable or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Solid computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting packages
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Motivated with initiative to solving problems and seeking improvements
- Qualifications in Finance and/or accounting would be highly regarded
