In this role, you'll embark on an exciting journey in a fast-paced work environment where each day brings fresh challenges and exciting opportunities. As an Operations & Admin Assistant, your scope of responsibilities extends far and wide across the organization, offering exposure to diverse aspects and levels of the business. You will be responsible for:

- Reception cover
- Library support
- Mail - sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, and couriers
- Ordering stationery and staff kitchen supplies
- Photocopying, scanning and other tasks, such as binding and collating documents
- Building management liaison - including maintenance requests and general facilities management tasks
- Meeting room and event set up
- Assisting the information technology support team with IT hardware set up and maintenance
- Adhoc administration duties as required
- A keen eye for detail
- A collaborative team spirit
- Exceptional communication skills
- Adeptness in stakeholder management
