The role of a Business Development Advisor involves providing critical support in identifying, securing and winning new business opportunities. This includes connection services, build, own, operate and maintain projects, as well as other commercial ventures.
As part of this role, you will assist in the preparation of proposals, bids and transactions for new business opportunities. You will also support the development of contracts and agreements.
Key to success in this role is having a strong understanding of business processes and technical capabilities. You will need to be able to develop commercial agreements that meet technical and regulatory constraints.
Additionally, you will seek out and contribute to the development of improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
* A motivated and proactive individual with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
* Experience in contract administration/management, customer-facing roles.
* Ability to prepare and analyze data.
* Relevant tertiary qualification, such as trade, engineering, commerce or project management.
