Employment Support Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Employment Support Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by customers with disabilities when commencing new employment.

* Providing ongoing support to customers and employers based on individual needs
* Enhancing long-term and sustainable employment opportunities
* Facilitating training and development opportunities with customers and employers
* Continuously creating or generating new employment opportunities for customers

To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A strong ability to build trust and rapport with customers and employers
* Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
