Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Credit Analyst to join our underwriting operations team based in Newcastle. You will work closely with a team of Credit Analysts to assess credit applications for our Autopay car loan product.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day business operations related to customer support and underwriting
* Review and assess complex credit applications, preparing submissions and gathering necessary data
* Conduct asset valuations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
* Improve customer communication and channels
* Support other operational teams in delivering positive broker and customer experiences
Requirements
* Experience in business lending (desired)
* Tertiary qualifications (degree preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously, manage projects, and multitask
* Collaborative mindset and passion for customer service
* Strong time management and organizational skills
