Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role based in Darwin City, NT, for an Information Technology Support Technician.
The technician will provide technical support to address hardware and software issues, assist in troubleshooting computer systems, and ensure smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities also include maintaining and managing desktop computers, offering printer support, and performing computer repairs to ensure equipment reliability and functionality.
Qualifications
Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Expertise in managing desktop computers and performing computer repairs
Proficiency in assisting with printer setup, maintenance, and support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or relevant IT qualifications are a plus
