Skillfully Lead Media Engagement
You will be responsible for showcasing our world-class research and education to a wide audience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with media outlets and manage reactive responses with sound judgment
* Develop compelling story ideas, edit content, pitch to journalists, manage press conferences and briefings, coordinate responses to media inquiries, and lead a team of media specialists
* Oversee in-house media training and other media engagement support for staff
* Maintain effective relationships across the institution, including senior executives, academics, researchers, professional staff, and students
The ideal candidate will have experience leading proactive and reactive media strategies, managing teams, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
