· Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and calls
· Manage reception and daily office flow
· Support staff with admin tasks and document handling
· Ensure a professional, welcoming environment
What we are looking for:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Organised, calm under pressure with attention to detail
· Experience in administration, reception, and customer service
· Tech-savvy with confidence using office software
· MYOB and RTO experience highly desirable
