Are you a payroll implementation specialist with deep SCHADS expertise and a passion for building functions that actually work? Do you thrive on fixing, rebuilding, and leaving things better than you found them? This is your moment. About Sirv: Sirv is transforming its HR and payroll function - and we need a hands-on leader to drive it. We're implementing a new care management and payroll system (APOYO), bringing contract generation in-house, and rebuilding payroll end to end. You'll step in with ownership from day one, lay the foundations, and hand over a function that's cleaner, stronger, and built to scale. Why Join Sirv? Real Impact: This isn't a maintenance role - you'll leave a lasting mark on how the business runs. Competitive Compensation: Above-market contract rate tailored to your experience. Ownership from Day One: Full accountability over a meaningful transformation with direct visibility to leadership. Flexibility: Hybrid working arrangements available. Your Role: You're a payroll specialist who gets energy from building, not just maintaining. You know SCHADS inside out, can apply it confidently and commercially, and have the implementation experience to take a system from setup to scale. You're sharp on detail, strong on delivery, and you don't need hand-holding to drive change. Key Responsibilities: Lead testing and rollout of the new payroll system - define workflows, templates and automations, and make sure the setup holds. Rebuild payroll processes end to end - remove workarounds, tighten controls, and create a cleaner, more efficient operation. Bring contract generation in-house - transition it out of Operations and into an owned Corporate process from start to finish. Lock down the SCHADS framework - classifications, allowances, leave loading and overtime configured correctly and built to last. Keep payroll running accurately and on time throughout the rebuild - fully compliant with Fair Work, NES, super, PAYG and STP. Document everything and hand it over - leave behind clean, transferable processes the business can run confidently without you. About You: 5 years of end-to-end Australian payroll and HR administration experience. Strong SCHADS award expertise - you know it, interpret it properly, and apply it without guidance. Proven experience in payroll implementation, systems build, or transformation - you've owned change and delivered results. Hands-on HRIS experience - Employment Hero (HR and Payroll) ideal; confident optimising new systems quickly. Experience in disability or aged care services highly regarded. Analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running on a contract basis. This role commences as a 6-month contract with a strong view to permanency.
