What do you do?
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support
* Coordinate ATM installations and removals, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and service providers
* Liaise with technical teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues promptly
* Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests accurately
* Keep customers informed on case progress and follow up to ensure resolution
* Dispatch technician jobs and confirm ETAs
* Support the business by maintaining up-to-date procedures and documentation
* Collaborate with your team to drive continuous improvement and share knowledge
What do you need?
* Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or call centre support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude (training provided)
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
