Northern Peninsula Area State College is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Project Manager to join the senior leadership team in a unique trial opportunity as General Manager of the College.
This pivotal role will provide high-level strategic advice and operational support to the Principal and leadership team, contributing to the effective governance and overall management of the school.

Your Opportunity
As The Project Manager, You Will
* Provide high-level strategic advice, analysis, and support to the Principal and senior management team regarding school operational and governance matters, including developing, monitoring, and reviewing the school's strategic and operational plans and managing emerging issues.
* Support project planning and development of strategic initiatives related to school management, including financial, infrastructure, and human resources, to provide high-quality corporate services to the school and community.
The Project Manager reports to the Principal and may have line management responsibility for relevant staff.
Your Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Strategic Oversight: Lead operations across all three campuses, working with the Principal and leadership team to implement strategic initiatives aligned with the College's vision and goals.
* Operational Leadership: Ensure professional management of financial, infrastructure, and human resources, in line with priorities.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Use negotiation and influencing skills to align stakeholders with the College's strategic direction.
* Community Partnerships: Build relationships with staff, parents, government agencies, community groups, industry, and businesses to improve student outcomes.
* Collaborative Development: Foster stakeholder engagement in school initiatives for shared goals and continuous improvement.
