About the Role
As a full-time Junior Legal Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our senior administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks. You'll help ensure our files and documents are accurate, well organised and kept up to date, contributing to the smooth running of the team.
Your attention to detail and reliable administrative support will help keep workflows efficient while supporting team productivity and delivering high-quality service across the practice.
Working under the guidance of senior legal assistants, duties include:
* General admin support to the team
* Telephone and email correspondence
* Opening and closing of electronic and hard-copy files
* Assist with diary management, scheduling appointments and meeting rooms
* Document related tasks such as copying, scanning, binding and collating
* Provide back-up reception support as required
About You
* A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good communication skills, particularly in handling phone calls and correspondence
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
* A high level of accuracy in document preparation and data entry
* A team focused approach and a desire to contribute to a supportive work environment
Previous experience in administration is an advantage but not essential. We welcome applicants looking to build a long-term career in legal support.
