As a result of continued success they are currently looking for a Site Manager for a high spec multi-level residential apartment project. Following on from this will be a flow on of projects from long time loyal clients across residential and commercial sectors. They adhere to the highest quality standards so attention to detail is an essential quality that the successful candidate will have. Role: The Site Manager has the following specific areas of responsibility: Management of trades and subcontractors on site Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation Implementation of OH&S policies Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications Approval of subcontractor invoices Liaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met Long and Short term programming Person: A stable career history within the construction industry Project experience over $10m Strong construction foreman or Site Management experience with a reputable mid tier would be an advantage Previous experience Commercial or Residential Projects is essential The ability to work to and meet deadlines Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity Experience with tower cranes To apply please click the apply now button or email your cv to sean@introrecruitment.com.au or call Sean Halligan on 0401 729 908 for more information.
