Steel-Line Garage Doors is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our team. In this important role, you will take charge of the scheduling function, ensuring our operations run efficiently while delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Interaction: Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person assistance for clients making product selections, ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint.
· Administrative Duties: Manage invoicing, order entry, payment processing, and effectively schedule installations to guarantee timely execution.
· Coordination Responsibilities: Collaborate with homeowners, builders, and technicians, ensuring that scheduling aligns with everyone's needs.
· Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain detailed documentation and keep scheduling systems updated with accuracy.
Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of administrative experience.
· Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAGE is a plus.
