Job Title: Food and Beverage Attendants - Conference & Events
Position Overview
The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our conference guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable experience.
You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere whether it is at the bar, in the restaurant, room service, conferencing and/or events.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure they are presented according to standard.
- Check on Guests: Regularly check in with diners to ensure they have everything they need and address any concerns.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the area clean and well-organised, including clearing tables, resetting, and restocking.
- Collaborate with Kitchen Team: Communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure that food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Handle Guest Requests: Address special requests and accommodate guests' needs to the best of your ability.
- Safety and Hygiene: Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills & Experience
These are the desired skills and experience for this role:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
