Role 1: Senior Corporate Broker
Salary: Up to $270K with share purchase options and additional benefits.
A national brokerage seeks a highly competent technical broker experienced with top-tier, major corporate complex clients.
The role involves managing a high-touch portfolio of clients and building a small support team. You will report to the Group Client Director.
This position is seen as a stepping stone to succeeding the Group Client Director within a few years, with responsibilities including overseeing multiple corporate teams and contributing to group strategy in collaboration with the CEO and Board.
Requirements: 10-15 years in the industry, experience with major corporate risks, and extensive knowledge of product lines and national/international markets.
Role 2: Senior Account Manager
Salary: $150K-$170K, with potential to acquire 10% equity in the business.
An independent broker with a strong growth trajectory is planning long-term succession.
The role involves managing an existing portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to high-income clients, servicing and retaining risks, and working with the MD on lead conversion and referrals.
This is a management team role with potential to succeed the MD and gain a larger stake in the business.
Essential qualifications include Tier 1 and the Insurance Diploma, with 5-10 years in account management, aiming to become a business leader with equity in a successful insurance brokerage.
Role 3: Broking Manager / Co-Managing Director
Salary: $240K-$280K, plus car, benefits, and equity opportunities.
A respected independent broking group seeks a proactive broker with leadership skills to succeed existing leadership.
The role involves working with small to large clients across sectors, managing a team, and eventually taking full control of operations.
This group is part of a major industry umbrella, offering support for growth and success.
