Do you thrive behind the bar and take pride in delivering great service? We are looking for experienced Casual Bartenders to join the team at Hay St Market, working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where quality drinks, efficiency and customer experience are front of mind.
What are your responsibilities:
* Craft quality cocktails, pour perfect pints and keep standards high every shift
* Deliver standout customer service with confidence, personality and genuine hospitality
* Maintain a clean, stocked and well-prepped bar
* Operate POS systems and manage cash/card payments responsibly
* Monitor responsible service of alcohol and maintain a safe environment for guests and team members
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 2 years experience working behind the bar
* Confident with cocktails, tap beer and working in a fast paced environment
* Great customer service skills and strong communication
* Team player who thrives in a busy, buzzing environment
* Responsible Service of Alcohol card is essential
