New Business Development Manager
opportunity with a high-growth Microsoft Partner expanding its footprint across Cloud, ERP, CRM, Data, and AI solutions.
This role is ideal for a
hunter-style salesperson
— someone energised by opening doors, building new relationships, and delivering digital transformation projects across a wide range of industry sectors.
You don't need to be a Dynamics 365 expert on day one. Full training will be provided across
Dynamics 365 ERP (FinOps & Business Central), CRM/CE, Power Platform, Azure, and AI
. You'll also have access to a deep bench of
Pre-sales Architects, Functional Consultants, Technical Specialists, Microsoft Account Managers, and subject matter experts
to help you craft compelling solutions.
Your focus is simple:
win new projects
, grow pipeline, and position the business as a trusted Microsoft Partner of choice.
Key Focus Areas:
* Drive net-new sales across
ERP, CRM, Cloud, Data, and AI
within the Microsoft ecosystem
* Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across all industry sectors
* Lead client discovery sessions and position the right Microsoft solution with support from pre-sales
* Build strong relationships with Microsoft Account Managers and technology SME's
* Manage end-to-end sales cycles and contribute to proposal, scoping, and solution definition
* Represent the business at industry events and drive brand growth within the Microsoft channel
You'll bring:
* Proven success in
new business development
or
IT/Cloud solution sales
* Understanding of Cloud, SaaS, ERP, CRM, Data, or AI solutions (Microsoft experience ideal, not essential)
* A hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and motivated by creating new opportunities
* Ability to communicate complex solutions in simple, outcome-driven language
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
* A passion for the Microsoft ecosystem and the value of digital transformation
