Opening on January 27, ****, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to take on the role of Warehouse and Delivery Specialist.
Established in ****, Country Care Group (CCG) is an Australian family owned and operated medium sized enterprise with over 740 staff throughout a wide variety of operations across Australia.
With over 130 CCG member stores, we are a leading national supplier of a vast range of medical and in-home aids to assist people living with disability, mobility impairments and the aged.
CCG manages national contracts for the supply to state and federal government health services schemes, hospitals, aged and residential care facilities.
As the Warehouse & Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our delivery services, movement/storage of product, loading and unloading of trucks and containers as well as the delivery of mobility equipment such as lift chairs, scooters and walking frames to private houses or aged care facilities and assist in setting up the equipment and demonstrating to the customer as required, all whilst providing exceptional customer service.
A National Police Check clearance will be required for this position, and you must maintain a current unrestricted Drivers Licence, adhere to the Australian road rules and be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
A Forklift licence would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will need to be available to start on 5th January ****.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver excellence in customer service
Clean returned hire stock in line with company policy
Receive and dispatch stock
Unpack, label, and store goods
Pick and pack products for delivery
Process transport consignments
Undertake specialised deliveries and pickups of Assistive Technology and mobility aids to and/or from private homes, aged care facilities and hospitals
Set up and demonstrate equipment to customers as required
Skills & Experience
Unrestricted driver's licence
Forklift licence
Excellent computer, literacy, and numeracy skills
Physically fit for manual work
Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy and compassion in all customer interactions
National Police Check clearance required
Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
Evidence of Covid vaccination and current flu vaccine
