Swan Towing has over 38 years' experience in the Recovery & Transport Industry providing recovery and transport solutions for Heavy Vehicles, Plant & Equipment as well as cars of all makes & models for a wide range of industries such as Mining, Transport, Civil, Dept of Defence, Insurance Companies and many more, servicing the entire state.
The Role
We are looking to appoint an experienced and adaptable Accounts & Administration Support Officer to join our team based at our Head Office in Midvale. This is a full-time role suited to someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is confident supporting multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities
* Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Invoice processing and coding
* Monitoring multiple accounts mailboxes
* Document control and electronic filing
* Customer and supplier account management
* Assisting in other areas as required, including compliance and property administration support as well as general admin tasks
Qualifications
* Has previous accounts and administration experience
* Is highly organised and has strong attention to detail
* A proactive approach with the capacity to problem solve with highly developed analytical skills
* Can manage competing priorities and work independently
* Is confident learning and using multiple software systems
* Has a team-focused approach
* Experience with MYOB Advanced / Acumatica or transport industry experience would be highly regarded, but not essential
* Successful candidates will be required to supply a current Police Clearance
