This RequiresDetailed knowledge of the therapeutic area of the business unitAbility to set and achieve financial targetsAbility to create a business plan to achieve these goalsLead and motivate a team of sales and clinical expertsDuties And ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to:Lead and manage a team of Product Specialists to achieve sales budgets and goalsCreate sales plans in line with Business Unit and Company goals, in conjunction with the Business ManagerDevelop a comprehensive Financial Year business plan which sets out key objectives and sales strategies that will facilitate the achievement of the national sales budgetReport to management on the teams' performance and execution of FY business planCreate and execute business plans for the launch of new Agencies/ProductsAssist with prospecting and assessment of new products and technologiesTravel interstate and locally to support a team of Product Specialists to develop and execute their territory sales plan successfullyManage relationships with external stakeholdersEngage with KOL’s Australia-wide to generate advocacy for Endotherapeutics’ portfolio of productsProvide comprehensive reports on the performance, competition and market for Endotherapeutics’ products in AustraliaCoordinate training support for Endotherapeutics’ team of Product Specialists (if relevant) on core product lines, and create a training plan which ensures Endotherapeutics minimum standards of Product and clinical knowledge are met and exceeded.Assist Product Managers and Product Specialists in creating an appropriate clinical education program to ensure Product Specialists meet clinical and product knowledge requirements.Execute Endotherapeutics' HR processes and performance managementAny other duties and tasks as required at discretion of senior managementAbout YouExperience: 3 to 5 years of experience in an equivalent sales management positionEducation: Tertiary qualificationsPost Graduate Tertiary Qualifications are highly valued but not requiredAbility to develop a supportive and engaged team environmentDemonstrated experience in leading and managing a team to meet company wide sales budgets and strategic objectivesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to develop and support growth of your teamProduct and clinical expertise in core product portfolioAbility to develop and foster relationships with KOL’s in core therapeutic areas Australia-wideAbility to critically and quantitatively analyse territory and product performanceDemonstrated competence in MS Word, PowerPoint, ExcelAbility to use Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and BI tools to analyse sales data and create reports to show product portfolio performance and highlight challenge areaGreat Organizational and Time management skillsCapacity to prioritize and delegate tasksFlexibility and adaptability to the changing priorities and work demands or a rapidly growing businessMinimum 5 Days Interstate travel per month and overseas travel as requiredIf this sounds like you, click apply now!
