About the role
This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and sits within our Client Services team.
You will deliver a professional, welcoming front-of-house experience and support the smooth flow of client enquiries and work.
Your role is critical to:
Client experience
Ensure every client's interaction is professional, welcoming, and confidence-building, and that enquiries are taken care of from first contact.
Success looks like:
Calls are answered promptly, information is captured once and clients are directed confidently, so clients feel looked after and don't need to chase or repeat themselves.
Front of house experience
Create a welcoming, well-prepared front-of-house environment where clients feel comfortable and meetings run smoothly.
Success looks like:
Clients feel welcomed on arrival, reception and meeting spaces are well presented, and meetings start on time without disruption.
Client services and administration support
Own the front-end intake of client work, updates, and requests, ensuring information is logged, processed, and directed correctly.
This includes supporting accurate client records, managing client documentation and correspondence (including ATO items), assisting with lodgements and compliance processes, supporting billing and payments, and ensuring client information is complete, current, and reliable across systems.
Success looks like:
Client correspondence and documentation are handled correctly, client information is accurate and compliant, and administration support is reliable - enabling the Client Services team to meet its objectives.
About you

You:
* Present in a polished and professional manner and represent the firm confidently
* Communicate clearly and professionally, with the ability to listen well.
* Use sound judgement and an appropriate tone in all interactions
* Remain calm, composed, and respectful, even during busy or high-pressure periods
* Are highly organised and reliable, able to manage multiple priorities without things slipping
* Pay close attention to detail and ensure information, handovers, and records are accurate
* Enjoy being a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues

A minimum of 1 year experience in a reception or client-facing role is required.
