The Role
We are recruiting a Store Manager to run our Miu Miu Chadstone Boutique. You will be the business owner, Company Brand Ambassador, and people leader, accountable for overall store performance and client experience.
Responsibilities
Driving the Business
* Drive and maximize sales performances.
* Propose and develop business plans.
* Drive the store team to exceed KPIs.
* Represent the Company in the local market, identify opportunities to increase footfall and build loyal relationships.
* Be present on the sales floor, ensuring a proper approach and service to clients.
* Meet the store‐operating budget, controlling store expenses.
* Develop a sales strategy in cooperation with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams.
* Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales in accordance with Company guidelines.
* Ensure synergy and cooperation between front‐ and back‐of‐house.
* Enforce Company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics and all main reporting activities requested by the head office.
With Customers
* Foster a client‐centric mindset by developing and maintaining solid client relationships.
* Guarantee excellent client satisfaction and the highest level of service.
* Implement client‐centric initiatives and events, securing loyalty and increasing spending.
* Foster a strong private appointment culture.
The Team
* Promote entrepreneurial and team spirit using effective communication.
* Ensure the team is prepared and updated on Prada Group information, product knowledge, local market, competitors, policies and procedures.
* Attract and recruit the best talents available through networking and scouting.

* Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
