4. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to adjust supply plans and drive improvements.
5. Managing supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement, and escalating issues to the Supply Continuity team.
6. Utilizing materials planning systems and managing aggregate supplier schedules to optimize supply chain efficiency.
7. Communicating effectively with customers to clarify orders and provide feedback on material availability.
8. Leading supply chain activities related to change management and new product introduction.
9. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and developing standard processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
The ideal candidate will:
1. Develop and manage material plans to ensure supplier schedules meet site requirements.
2. Analyze and resolve supply chain exceptions using advanced planning tools.
3. Engage in supplier scorecard generation and performance management to drive improvements.
4. Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making and drive supply chain performance improvements.
5. Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory risks.
