As a Senior Analyst/Manager in the Commodities and Global Markets Operational Risk team, you will provide critical support to the Client Fulfilment function, which drives client onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) refresh processes.
In this role, you will take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and strengthening controls end to end.
By conducting control assurance activities and investigating incidents thoroughly, you'll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience.You will work closely with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement solutions that close any areas of improvement.
