Job Description
We are seeking dedicated professionals to manage the entire cabin independently, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight. Key responsibilities include:
* Performing equipment and security checks
* Making in-flight announcements
* Providing in-flight food and beverage service
* Cleaning duties
* Handling various situations that may occur in the cabin on your own
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
* No taller than 173 cm
* Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
* Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - completed within the last 3 years
* Demonstrate one of the following:
o Completed a minimum 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand
o Worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years
o Worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years
o Completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5
* Hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) which involves a police security check
* Possess a high level of personal presentation
* Have a natural willingness to please and care for people
* Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device (a swim assessment is required)
* Be flexible and adaptable; working hours will vary and include working during holiday times and peak periods
