Working hours will ideally be 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required during peak periods.

About the roleThe Office Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the Prep School, working closely with the School Leadership Team, including the Head of PE and Head of Stretch.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing general administrative support to the Prep School Office, in turn supporting the teaching team
* Assisting with the co-ordination and delivery of Prep School events including Book Week, Sports Week, Graduation and others
* Supporting the Front Office and managing daily enquiries
* Delivering a high standard of customer service to students, staff and parents
* Assisting with general administrative and organisational tasks as required and directed by the Prep School Office Coordinator
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have strong organisational and administrative skills
* Be approachable, professional and customer service focused
* Have the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of people
* Be comfortable working in a fast-paced school environment
* Have sound computer and technology skills with a high level of attention to detail
Previous experience in an administrative or school-based role will be highly regarded.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment and takes pride in providing excellent support to students, staff and families.
The full-time equivalent salary for this role is $71,922 per annum (plus Super) and will be pro rata to actual hours worked.
