As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success. You'll lead with passion, motivate a talented team, and ensure every customer walks away with an exceptional experience that keeps them coming back.
What you'll need:
* Proven experience in supermarket retail management, with a strong focus on customer experience.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
* A track record of successfully driving sales and implementing strategies to improve store performance.
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to motivate and develop your team, ensuring high standards across all areas of the store.
* Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets, rosters, and financial performance.
* Availability to work a flexible roster across our trading hours, including alternate weekends and some holidays.
* Physical fitness to meet the demands of a hands-on retail role.
What you'll do:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve excellence in service and performance.
* Drive sales growth and ensure operational efficiency while managing stock levels, minimising waste, and maximising profitability.
* Build and maintain a culture of excellence, teamwork, and employee engagement.
* Provide hands-on training and development to empower your team members.
* Ensure compliance with WH&S, Food Safety, and other operational standards.
* Manage budgets, financial targets, and KPIs to optimise store performance.
* Create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.
* Create an environment where your team feels valued, inspired, and excited to come to work.
