Title: Research Specialist | Inside Recruiter
This Inside position pertains to various levels of seniority based on experience: Recruiting Specialist (Level 1) ~ Head of Recruiting (Level 5)
Location: Within Australia & New Zealand
Reports to: Senior Division Director (depending on divisional structure)
Salary: $70,000 - $ 90,000 + Super

Position Responsibilities:
* To source candidates and support the business development and placement activity of the division
* To research market trends, mapping both the client and candidate market in your sector
* To build a high-quality talent pool proactively, industry mapping and headhunting passive candidates to build a future pipeline
* To provide an exceptional candidate experience during the entire recruitment life cycle
* To understand relevant technical and cultural traits of individuals and organisations to lead to successful placements
* To learn the employment market, gauge industry growth in the economy and keep abreast of immigration and legislation changes impacting the recruitment stratosphere
* To work within a team environment to collaborate ideas, share information and co- broker candidates
* To contribute to monthly/quarterly revenue or Gross Margin through involvement in the placement process
* To provide new initiatives for the improvement of processes and procedures
* Utilise Salesforce (CRM) to track your activities, add new candidates and ensure data is maintained with a high level of integrity
Principal accountabilities and duties: To source candidates and generate send-outs in accordance with the Company's performance indicators and objectives set for you, which may be adjusted or amended by the Company from time to time, and coordinate and develop business to achieve sequential growth
* To achieve personal results through the generation of candidates:
o To attract, select and assign candidates through various means of sourcing: gaining referrals, advertising, networking, and other reasonable means
o To develop strategies to ensure that you are recruiting the highest of calibre of candidates for your clients
o To evaluate and provide a shortlist of candidates by screening, thorough interviewing, testing and reference checking
o To educate and offer advice to candidates relating to the market place, trends and salary levels
o To build solid relationships with candidates to understand their technical skill set, motivations, strengths and weaknesses and career aspirations to be able to effectively place them in the right position

* To support the division's Consultants in successful recruitment and placement of candidates for organisations:
o To propose candidates to Consultants (job owners) and ensure the correct delivery of information for both parties
o To debrief candidates after the interview
o To attend client meetings with the division's Consultants when necessary
o To support Consultants in offering candidates new career opportunities on behalf of clients giving them factual information
o To inform unsuccessful candidates with developmental feedback
o To provide quality service to candidates therefore build upon the global reputation of RHI
Events/PR:
* To attend RHI events for candidates and clients and make necessary effort to have the minimum number of candidates or clients attending
* To participate in local PR activities
* To develop and nurture business relationships with professional organisations
* To successfully write classified advertising on behalf of clients of the company
Other:
* To perform other activities or duties that you may be instructed to carry out from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of your job position and work capabilities
Key performance indicators and objectives:
These indicators are used only as a general guide:
* Be associated with 4-placements a month
* 2 send-outs (client interviews) a day
* 2 recruited candidates a day (newly added to Salesforce) This operating model translates into the following objectives:
* Make frequent recruiting calls, candidate tracking calls, reference check or quality check calls
* Interview 10 candidate's p/week - either online or in person

Bachelor degree qualified with a minimum two years' work experience or five years' relevant work experience in the recruitment industry
