About You
- Located in or near Geebung
- Strong administration experience
- Prior experience in an administration or supervisor role with freight coordinator/logistics
- Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
- Experience using SAP would be highly regarded
- Ability to work from the Geebung site full time (7am to 3pm or 6am to 2pm)
What You Will Need To Join Us
- Full/Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Valid Police Check
- Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical
- Be physically fit and able to undertake manual handling
Responsibilities
- Dealing with customers face-to-face, via email & over the phone
- Administration duties including data entry and email management
- Picking & packing customer orders
- Managing transport bookings for outward deliveries
- Maintaining a register of all logistics movements
- Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and/or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
- Assist with stock take/inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
- General warehouse duties & housekeeping when required
About The Role
As a Customer Service Operator, you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for undertaking all administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via email and face to face.
