Key Skills and Qualifications
* 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the transmission line construction industry
* Trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or transmission engineering
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Proficient in MS Office and computer-aided design software
Additional Desirable Qualifications
* ISO Internal/Lead Auditor certification
* Proven inspector of final product and/or service
* Previous experience in quality function in renewable/utility EPCM projects
