* Strong communication and organisational skills.
Qualifications Required
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services or equivalent.
* A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
* Physical capability to meet the requirements of the role.
* A current First Aid Certificate.
* Experience working with children with special needs.
