Job Description:
We're seeking a Commercial Strategy Business Partner to join our team in a high-impact, growth-focused role. In this position, you'll lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Merchandise, eCommerce, and Supply Chain to drive commercial excellence.
The Role:
* Lead strategic projects and workstreams that tackle key business problems.
* Develop robust commercial and financial analyses to support high-stakes decisions.
* Monitor market trends and identify competitive threats and growth opportunities.
* Support the development of business unit strategies and corporate planning initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in an M&A, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Business Development role.
* Experience in defining, running, and delivering strategic analyses independently or as part of a team.
* Critical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams.
* Tertiary qualification in commerce, law, or a related discipline, with a consistently outstanding academic record.
