Our client is a top-tier property group with an outstanding global presence. They have a dominating portfolio of Shopping Centres across Australia and the globe. There is now a rare opportunity for a Centre Manager to join their team working across 2 small shopping centres, offering exceptional growth and development.
The role offers very flexible working, with the opportunity to structure your week working from the head office, from home, and from the shopping centres as required
**The Opportunity**:
You will be responsible for the management of two smaller shopping centres with key support from Operations and Administration. There will be a focus on a good tenancy mix, provision of facilities and services, and effective communication with retailers for top-tier centre performance. Your role will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the smaller centres - Administration Manager and Operations Manager.
- Driving the strategic planning for the centre
- Handling security, operational and financial matters
- Overseeing the booking of resources
- Have experience in similar positions such as Shopping Centre Administration Manager, Retail Manager, Assistant Retail Manager/Centre Manager, Retail Property Manager, Centre Manager, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail
- A problem-solver
- Fantastic communication skills dealing with various levels of clientele
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and managing a variety of stakeholders.
