About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to expand their qualifications in Building Surveying, demonstrate critical thinking and assessment capabilities.
Our ideal candidate will assess and determine applications for Building Information Certificates,
undertake inspections of caravan parks, camping grounds, Manufactured home estates, and amusement devices to ensure compliance with legislation,
and assist the Building Regulation team with investigation of complaints, noncompliance, and fire safety matters, undertaking appropriate regulatory action in accordance with council's compliance and enforcement policy.
Inspect swimming pools and spas, and issue certificates of compliance or certificates of noncompliance in accordance with the Swimming Pools Act.
Inspect, assess, and determine applications for temporary structures at events.
* Demonstrated expertise in Building Surveying and relevant legislation;
