The role involves ensuring timely delivery of materials to customer sites and providing operational support to the team. This is a full-time, on-site position.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate load scheduling, order picking, and fulfillment accuracy with the Yard and/or Operations Manager.Ensure all loading/unloading procedures are followed, including photographing trucks, issuing return numbers, and unloading authorization tickets.Monitor freight costs using Doka’s freight platform.Approve freight invoices for accuracy and maintain daily vehicle inspection records.Ensure truck drivers hold valid licenses per DOT requirements.Load and secure trucks/trailers according to procedures, complying with height and weight limits.Additional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in company committees/teams and other duties as assigned.Promote safe work practices and environment.Adhere to all company policies and regulations.QualificationsExperience in administration, operations, or control.Strong project management and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills in English.Analytical skills, technical proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Willingness to learn new systems and concepts.Organized, independent, and results-driven.Additional InformationDoka offers excellent career opportunities, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
