We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Technical Account Manager to take the lead on our high-growth custom ingredients portfolio. In this standalone role, you will be the absolute driver of your territory. You will directly manage key accounts and spearhead regional business growth with complete day-to-day autonomy. Strategic Growth: Build and expand relationships with existing accounts through deep technical understanding of their formulation needs. Direct Business Development: Hunt for new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and technical lead qualification. Commercial Drive: Formulate regional sales plans to boost market share and smash revenue targets. Hands-on Demos: Deliver technical presentations and bench-top demonstrations of our cosmetic ingredients. End-to-End Sales: Own the sales pipeline from initial lead and sampling to quoting and final contract negotiation. On-the-Ground Insights: Act as our regional expert on competitor activity, changing market trends, and raw material demands. Requirements Technical Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a similar scientific discipline. Industry Tenure: 3 to 5 years in a sales or business development role specifically within the Personal Care and Cosmetics space. Commercial Results: A proven history of hitting targets through consultative, technical value selling. Stakeholder Focus: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into commercial value for both R&D chemists and procurement teams. Independent Drive: High self-motivation to operate in a remote/standalone capacity while maintaining clear communication with our global team.
