The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to join a market-leading business and play a key part in the continued growth of its commercial division across Perth.
You will be responsible for driving commercial sales and leasing activity across multiple asset classes, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in a business that is genuinely investing in its people and future leaders.
Candidates with exposure to or networks within the healthcare, medical, or childcare sectors will be highly regarded, as these remain key growth areas for the business.
Importantly, our client is also open to interstate candidates and is willing to provide relocation assistance for the right person.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing commercial sales and leasing transactions across office, retail, healthcare, and childcare assets
* Generating new business opportunities, listings, and client relationships through proactive business development
* Managing the full transaction process from appraisal and listing through to negotiation and settlement or lease execution
* Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, investors, developers, tenants, and owner-occupiers
* Identifying opportunities within the healthcare, medical, and childcare property sectors
* Working closely with the existing commercial team to support division growth and increase market share
* Contributing to the long-term expansion and future leadership of the commercial division
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Proven experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing
* A strong transaction history and business development capability
* A high-performance track record, ideally around $500K+ GCI annually of close to
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
* Established or developing networks within medical, healthcare, or childcare property sectors will be highly regarded
* Ambition to progress into a leadership or partnership role over time
* A WA Real Estate Licence or Registration, or the ability to obtain it
