Gallagher Access Control Technical Officer (EACS / 1A) – NV2
Join a specialist team supporting critical electronic security infrastructure across multiple domestic sites. You'll deliver hands‑on support, maintenance, upgrades and technical advice across access control and related security systems, while also helping train and support end users.

* Contract Duration: 12 months (1x 12-month possible extension)
* Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must hold a current NV2 clearance
Essential Tasks
* Support and maintain Gallagher EACS and Type 1A systems across domestic sites
* Conduct site surveys and document upgrade/maintenance requirements (EACS, CCTV, alarms)
* Assist delivery of installations, maintenance, programming and commissioning activities
* Train and support staff, and maintain technical documentation (as‑builts, drawings, plans)
Key Criteria
* Strong Gallagher programming experience (EACS / Type 1A)
* Proven experience installing and maintaining EACS and Type 1/1A security systems
* Solid networking fundamentals for integration (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs )
* Ability to interpret wiring diagrams/schematics and work under minimal supervision
