Are you a hardworking and skilled individual with experience in working the back end of the Extrusion kerb & guttering concreting machine?
We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Concrete Labourers for a large civil construction company.
We are looking for individuals who are fit, reliable, and have a positive attitude to working in our great but often unpredictable outdoors.
Responsibilities
* Assist with preparation of sites for concrete works, including excavation, levelling, and compaction
* Set up and strip formwork, boxing, shutters, and edge boards
* Place, spread, and level concrete using hand tools and equipment
* Assist with finishing concrete surfaces (screeding, trowelling, edging, curing)
* Support concrete pours for footpaths, kerbs, slabs, drains, culverts, and other civil structures
* Operate basic tools and equipment such as vibrators, saws, compactors, and hand tools
* Install reinforcement materials including mesh and steel bars as directed
* Maintain a clean and safe worksite before, during, and after pours
Requirements
* Experience with the back end of the Extrusion kerb and guttering machine essential
* WHS Construction Card (White Card)
* Ability to work in a team and help with other general labouring tasks
* Physically fit, punctual and reliable with excellent work ethics and values
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination including drug and alcohol test
* Current Driving License and reliable transportation
