The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Baker who enjoys working with dough and producing consistent, high-quality baked goods. You'll work as part of a small team in a hands-on environment, with the opportunity to contribute your creativity and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Mixing, shaping, and baking breads and other bakery items
* Following recipes and maintaining product consistency
* Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
* Managing ovens, proofing, and baking schedules
* Assisting with stock rotation and ingredient ordering
* Working collaboratively with the bakery team
About You
* Previous experience as a baker
* Strong knowledge of doughs, breads, and baking techniques
* Ability to work early mornings, nights and weekends as required
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
* A positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 40 per week
