Office Co-Ordinator / Manager – Full TimeLocation: Kardinia Property, VictoriaAbout the RoleKardinia Property is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Co-Ordinator/Manager to join our team full-time. This is a pivotal position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, with a key focus on managing the sales administration process. You will also play a broader role across various business functions (outlined below), contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of our office.This newly created position offers flexibility depending on the successful applicant’s experience, skills, and training needs. If you don’t meet every requirement but bring a strong majority—and a desire to grow and learn—we strongly encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration: End-to-end support of the property sales process, with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyMarketing: Collaborating with the team to plan, create, and coordinate marketing materialsAccounting: Daily/monthly receipting and reconciliation of accountsOffice Management: General duties to support day-to-day operationsDatabase Management: Oversight and maintenance of our internal systemsExecutive Support: Direct support to the Director of SalesAdditional Areas of Expertise (Desirable but Not Essential)Payroll processing, including superannuation and tax obligationsTraining and onboarding of new staffOversight of business compliance and regulatory requirementsAbout YouYou bring at least 3 years of experience in a high-level administrative role and ideally have some exposure to the property sector. You're highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong eye for detail. You're a natural communicator and team player who enjoys variety in your workday.Key Attributes and Experience:Proven experience in a similar administration or office management role (property industry experience preferred)Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systemsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyA collaborative attitude and willingness to support all areas of the businessAbout UsKardinia Property is a local, family-run real estate business that puts people first.
